## About the Role

* Proven years' experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
 * Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, UK Global Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Learning and ORC.
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and the wider Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 * Hands-on operational support experience across incident, problem and request management.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate confidently with clients and technical teams.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Support Analyst to support Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and service delivery activities.

 * Provide functional/technical expertise to support Oracle Cloud HCM
 * Develop and/or fine-tune estimating models and methodologies
 * Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
 * Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
 * Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
