## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in Java application development, with proven experience leading development teams and driving technical direction on enterprise-scale applications.
 * Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture, with the ability to define architecture standards, conduct design/code reviews, and guide the team on best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
 * Advanced proficiency in Java with the ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed systems and resolve critical production issues.
 * Experienced in leading teams within an Agile delivery model - owning sprint planning, technical estimation, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities.
 * Proven ability to mentor junior/mid-level developers, collaborate with architects and product stakeholders, and act as the primary technical point of contact for the team.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is desirable. Hands-on GenAI/AI-assisted development experience is a plus.
