## Description

Akkodis is seeking an AI/ML Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions, including RAG systems, embeddings, and scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms., * Architect, build, and maintain scalable data products that process and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured engineering data.

 * Develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows.
 * Design and optimize data pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and near real-time processing systems with strong reliability and observability.
 * Lead cloud-native development initiatives using containerization, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and CI/CD practices for secure deployments.
 * Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and system reliability through monitoring, validation, incident management, and performance optimization.
 * Create analytics and decision-support tools that convert complex technical data into actionable insights for engineering teams and business stakeholders.
