## Description

The candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating AWS cloud-based customer engagement and IVR solutions .

Amazon Connect

 * Configure and maintain Amazon Connect environments.
 * Design and configure contact flows .
 * Develop IVR solutions.
 * Build reports and dashboards related to customer interactions.
 * Integrate Amazon Connect with external applications and platforms.

AWS Integration

 * Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda .
 * Integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3 and other AWS services .
 * Develop API-based integrations.
 * Implement automated workflows across AWS services.

Amazon Lex / AI

 * Develop and integrate conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex .
 * Work with multiple AWS AI services.
 * Integrate AI capabilities into customer engagement and IVR solutions.

Automation & Development

 * Develop scripts to automate AWS environments and operational processes.
 * Implement AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code .
 * Troubleshoot integration and application issues.
 * Follow AWS best practices for security, scalability and reliability.
