We offer a culture built on trust, accountability, and teamwork, along with competitive benefits, a hybrid work environment, and a 9/80 work schedule that supports life inside and outside of work.To be considered for Test Systems Deployment Engineer, here's what you'll typically bring with you:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Three (3) or more years of experience supporting development, integration, production testing, or deployment of complex engineering systems.Experience with closed-loop servo-hydraulic, electromechanical, or automated test equipment.Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex technical environments.Ability to travel approximately 10-15%, including occasional domestic and international travel.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.It's preferred if you bring:Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical,
hydraulic, and systems engineering.Aerospace or defense industry experience.Experience with automated test systems, controls, PLCs, NI/LabVIEW, or related technologies.Experience supporting customer acceptance testing and field deployments.Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.Experience working with international customers and deployment locations.As Test Systems Deployment Engineer, you will:Lead the deployment and customer acceptance of advanced test equipment used to validate aerospace flight control systems.Support the assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of multi-axis servo-hydraulic and electromechanical test systems.Partner with design engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues during system build and integration.Develop and execute verification test procedures, analyze results, and drive issue resolution through completion.Coordinate customer validation and correlation testing
