## Description

This is a backend-heavy role for an engineer who enjoys solving real production problems: scalability, reliability, data integrity, and building practical AI-enabled workflows that directly support patient care., * Ship complex backend services using FastAPI with MongoDB and/or Postgres

 * Build APIs and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and Generative AI models
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot-style tooling) to increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality
 * Prototype MVPs quickly, then harden them into secure, scalable, reliable production systems
 * Improve backend architecture, observability, and code quality standards
 * Deploy and operate services using Docker and AWS
 * Collaborate with senior engineers and mentor junior developers as the team scales
