You will work closely with stakeholders and a collaborative development team to translate business needs into tangible technical solutions, manage items in the feature backlog, and ensure that MES implementations and enhancements align with evolving business requirements and modern software development practices., * Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand, create, coordinate, and execute items in the feature backlog for MES solutions. * Translate business requirements at various levels into robust, scalable, and maintainable MES application solutions. * Design and develop application deliverables for new MES implementations and enhancements to existing MES applications using modern software implementation methodologies. * Provide technical support to factories and internal business partners for assigned MES applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. * Troubleshoot, analyze, and remediate issues related to MES applications, including legacy systems, to minimize operational disruptions. * Maintain and improve user reference materials by writing, revising, or managing the creation of documentation for MES applications. * Contribute to the strategic roadmap for MES applications by evaluating and incorporating new technologies and approaches. * Promote continuous process improvement within the MES environment and broader development practices. * Support team efforts by delivering projects and enhancements on time, and by resolving issues arising from support calls from factories and other business partners. * Collaborate closely with factory personnel and cross-functional internal partners to understand operational needs and implement effective MES solutions. * Work as an active member of an agile/scrum team, preferably within a SAFe framework, participating in ceremonies and adhering to agile practices. * Engage in related technical solution development activities such as testing, database work, deployment, documentation, and elements of project coordination as needed.
