## About the Role

* The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NICE Actimize IFM platform, rule development, alert generation, case management, and custom JavaScript-based implementations to support fraud monitoring and risk management initiatives., Technical Skills:
 * 3+ years of experience in NICE Actimize IFM development.
 * Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration experience.
 * Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, IFM-X, and Case Management.
 * Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
 * Understanding of fraud detection models and transaction monitoring.
 * Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
 * Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP services.
 * Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with AML, Fraud, Financial Crimes Compliance, or Banking domains.
 * Knowledge of Java/J2EE development.
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
 * Understanding of machine learning-based fraud detection solutions.
 * Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * NICE Actimize certifications are preferred.
 * Financial Services or Banking domain experience is highly desirable.

## Description

* We are seeking an experienced Actimize IFM Developer with strong JavaScript development skills to design, develop, enhance, and support fraud detection and anti-financial crime solutions., Actimize Development:
 * Design, develop, and implement fraud detection solutions using the NICE Actimize IFM platform.
 * Configure and customize Actimize modules, workflows, alerts, and case management functionalities.
 * Develop and maintain detection strategies, business rules, thresholds, and monitoring scenarios.
 * Support fraud prevention, AML, and financial crime initiatives.
 * Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, performance tuning, and production support.
 * Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and environment management.

JavaScript Development:

 * Develop custom scripts and solutions using JavaScript within the Actimize framework.
 * Create reusable components and utilities for fraud detection processes.
 * Integrate Actimize applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
 * Develop data transformation and validation logic.
 * Optimize existing code for performance and maintainability.

Data & Database Management:

 * Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
 * Analyze large datasets for fraud detection and reporting.
 * Support ETL processes and data integration efforts.
 * Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery:

 * Work closely with Fraud Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Compliance teams.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
 * Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
 * Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments.
