## About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Business Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team within Application Production Services Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, executive reporting, and visualization and a proven ability to quantify organizational effectiveness, optimize processes, and communicate insights to senior leadership., * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

 * Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Salesforce Tableau for visualization.
 * Hands-on skills with Python or data modeling languages for dataset normalization and automation.
 * Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for metrics sourcing and workflow insights.
 * Strong critical thinking and the ability to communicate across organizational levels.
 * 2+ years in data analytics or MBA/Master's equivalency.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience leading cross-functional alignment to produce a single executive narrative.
 * Ability to adopt new processes and technologies in evolving business environments.
