## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MDM and data management, hands-on integration and data modeling experience, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders-while taking initiative to drive data quality and measurable outcomes., + Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

 + Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 + Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
 + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
 + Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot data inconsistencies or anomalies and communicate effectively.

## Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Data program, supporting the Amplify stream focused on MDM and establishing a single unified view of customer across the enterprise., + Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from various sources to support a unified customer view.

 + Analyze data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
 + Interpret and present data findings in a clear and concise way to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop data collection methodologies.
 + Develop and maintain data models, databases, dashboards, and data quality measures to ensure accuracy and integrity.
**What's Needed?**, + Work on a high-impact Customer Data program focused on MDM and building a single unified view of customer.

 + Use hands-on data analysis, modeling, and dashboard development to turn complex data into actionable insights.
 + Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve data collection methods, and strengthen data quality.
 + Contribute to product-style execution through status reporting and RAID log management.
 + Support executive communication by helping prepare input for executive decks and stakeholder updates.
