## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network administration
 * Strong knowledge of:
 * Routing and Switching
 * TCP/IP
 * VLANs
 * OSPF and BGP
 * DNS and DHCP
 * VPN technologies
 * Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking platforms
 * Hands-on experience with firewall administration and network security best practices
 * Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments
 * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Strong communication and documentation abilities, * Experience with SD-WAN technologies
 * Azure or AWS networking experience
 * Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, or ThousandEyes
 * Experience with network automation tools including Python, Ansible, or Terraform
 * Wireless networking experience
 * Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent certifications

## Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join a growing IT infrastructure team responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network environments. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the organization's network infrastructure across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, supporting critical business operations, and driving network modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

 * Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments
 * Configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies
 * Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation
 * Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues
 * Implement and maintain network security controls, VPNs, and access management solutions
 * Support cloud networking initiatives within Azure and/or AWS environments
 * Partner with systems, security, and application teams on infrastructure projects
 * Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures
 * Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during planned maintenance windows when needed
