## About the Role

* Proven hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
 * Specialised expertise in at least one of the following areas:
 * PTO: Accruals, entitlement calculations, allocation rules, and compliance.
 * US Payroll Taxes: Wage type configuration, tax calculations, and IRS/SSA reporting.
 * Systems Integration: HR-to-payroll replication, benefits, and time and attendance interfaces.
 * Reporting: EPI-USE, custom reporting, defect analysis, and payroll analytics.
 * Experience with SCA/DBA compliance, including prevailing wage calculations, wage determinations, collective bargaining agreements, and audit reporting within ECP.
 * Strong understanding of payroll processes and US regulatory requirements, including FLSA and IRS guidelines.
 * Experience in defect management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution tracking.
 * Proficiency in ABAP, including reading, debugging, and modifying payroll-related integrations and reports.
 * Solid knowledge of SAP ECP architecture, data models, wage types, and SAP development tools.
