## Description

Kforce has a client seeking a Lead Data Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL to drive the design and delivery of modern Customer 360, Identity Graph, and AI-enabled data platform solutions. Summary: This role will lead the development of scalable data products that support machine learning, customer intelligence, personalization, and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in cloud data platforms and a proven track record building greenfield data solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities:

 * Lead the design and implementation of Customer 360 and identity resolution solutions across multiple enterprise data sources
 * Develop data architectures and models that support unified customer profiles, relationship mapping, and customer intelligence initiatives
 * Design and build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
 * Create domain-driven data products that support AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
 * Establish data engineering standards, best practices, and reusable architectural frameworks
 * Drive data quality, governance, lineage, and platform reliability
 * Design AI-ready and ML-ready data solutions leveraging modern cloud technologies
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
 * Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across solution design and architecture reviews
