## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
 * 2 years of software development or systems engineering experience specific to a discipline or technology
 * 1 year of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
 * Experience with one or more scripting or programming languages: Go, Python, Bash, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent
 * Experience troubleshooting applications and system production issues
 * Ability to quickly understand applicable business context to provide appropriate engineering solutions
 * Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to peers and stakeholders
 * Understanding of cloud, container, and platform technologies and tools
 * Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to write, test, and troubleshoot code

What sets you apart:

 * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, including cluster operations, workload management, or platform administration
 * Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Helm, or Terraform
 * Experience with CI/CD pipeline development using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or equivalent GitOps workflows
 * Experience with observability tooling - Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Kibana, or Elastic Stack
 * Exposure to container networking concepts, including ingress/egress, network policies, and load balancing
 * Experience with certificate lifecycle management, PKI, or secrets management tooling (e.g., Venafi, Conjur, cert-manager)
 * Experience applying AIOps or AI-assisted operational workflows for anomaly detection, alert triage, or runbook automation
 * Red Hat OpenShift or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
