## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
 * 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
 * Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
 * Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting automation.
 * Advanced Excel skills.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with business leaders, finance, operations, and technology teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data models that improve visibility into performance and drive business growth., * Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

 * Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
 * Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
 * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards.
 * Support data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance efforts.
 * Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data definitions.
 * Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
 * Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
