Nice-to-Haves * Previous work in HR tech, payroll, benefits, or talent platforms. * Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector search (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.). * Knowledge of enterprise SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), audit logging, and role-based access in HR contexts. * Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD practices. * Background in distributed systems and high-reliability service design. ## Description iQHR is the first AI Native Engine purpose-built for HR Operations.
