## About the Role

## Description

Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Workday Integration Architect. Overview: The Workday Integration Developer to take ownership of a complex Workday integration environment and help drive new development across the HR technology landscape. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys both building integrations and owning the broader technical environment. You will be responsible for approximately 40 inbound and outbound integrations while partnering with HRIT, Data Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other business stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work with newer Workday capabilities, including Extend, Orchestrate, and Prism Analytics. Key Tasks:

 * Own, maintain, and enhance approximately 40 inbound and outbound Workday integrations
 * Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, web services, and APIs
 * Support the development of new Workday Extend use cases
 * Leverage or develop experience with Workday Orchestrate for integration and automation initiatives
 * Partner with HRIT, Data Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
 * Support integrations involving Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
 * Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and production issues
 * Utilize SQL and other data-transformation methods to support integration and reporting needs
 * Support emerging Workday Prism Analytics initiatives, including data ingestion and transformation
 * Assist with reporting, system enhancements, testing, release management, configuration, and automation
 * Maintain technical documentation and ensure integrations meet security, data integrity, and compliance requirements
