We''re hiring a senior software engineer for a new agentic product in real estate. You will be the first technical hire on it. You will be shipping constantly. Responsibilities * Own the data model for money movement and make it hold up under audit * Build the agent layer that does real work in the product * Build the ingestion pipeline that turns third-party documents and exports into structured records our users can trust * Own the migration path for customers coming off incumbent systems * Decide what our tests actually guarantee, and close the gap between green and correct * + Set the release process: what can ship, what needs a rollback plan, what needs a gate * + Help recruit and ramp the engineers who come after you, * In person. This role is on site with the team in one of our offices in SF/Chicago/NYC/London/Dallas. * AI-native and velocity. You're a power user of AI and you use it to execute with high velocity. * High ownership. You will help decide what matters, defend the call, and ship. * Collaborative.
