Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Fluid UI for Payroll and WorkCenter enhancements. * Knowledge of Leave Management, Base Benefits, and Time & Attendance integration with Payroll. * Experience in payroll year-end processing (W-2s, ACA). * Familiarity with cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments. * Exposure to automated testing tools and payroll process automation. * Strong understanding of payroll security roles, permissions, and audit controls. ## Description SOSi is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Payroll Developer to lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM Payroll solutions . In this role, you'll ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing by leveraging deep expertise in PeopleSoft tools, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Integration Broker. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-HR, Benefits, and Finance-to deploy scalable Payroll solutions, including Payroll WorkCenter, complex integrations, and custom reporting.
