## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
 * Create and enhance Playwright automated test suites covering end-to-end business workflows and cross-browser testing.
 * Configure and optimize Jenkins pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous testing practices.
 * Partner with software engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
 * Analyze automation execution results and testing metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Apply AI-assisted testing techniques, including intelligent test selection and automated test data generation.
 * Develop realistic test data and scenarios supporting Property & Casualty Insurance business processes, including underwriting, policy administration, rating, and claims.
 * Investigate complex defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution.
 * Mentor team members on automation best practices and quality engineering standards.
