The IT Support Engineer will also be responsible for IT-related administrative duties, including user / account support, process documentation, inventory, auditing technical processes and user accounts, and asset management and procurement. The successful candidate will be an engaging, support- and security-minded person who provides timely support and is keenly aware of the changing needs of the company and user base.
