## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, A successful Computer Technician II will have the skills and expertise in refurbishing used technology for resale markets. This critical role involves refurbishing a variety of devices including network switches, servers, data storage devices (NAS, Storage Arrays), and laptops. This job will include troubleshooting hardware issues, performing necessary repairs and replacements, configuring hardware components, and installing operating systems as needed. The Computer Technician will ensure that all refurbished devices meet quality standards and are ready for resale., * Proven experience in refurbishment.

 * Proficiency in configuring networking equipment.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose hardware issues.
 * Experience with refurbishing desktops and laptops, including hardware configuration and OS installation.
 * Familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms.
 * Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications include industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent and previous experience working in refurbishment or resale environment., * Over 18 years old

 * Able to lift, pull, push 75 lbs. throughout work shift
 * Subject to random substance screenings
