## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Lead Software Engineer with deep Java, Spring Boot, and AWS expertise** to lead the design and development of large-scale, cloud-based enterprise applications.
This is a senior technical leadership role for someone who remains close to the technology.
The position is approximately **30% hands-on** , while also providing architecture guidance, conducting code and design reviews, mentoring developers, and ensuring engineering teams follow modern development, security, and cloud best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring approximately **15+ years of software engineering experience** , with strong recent experience developing and modernizing enterprise Java applications in AWS environments. **Java is the primary focus of the role; React experience is secondary.**, + Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using **Java and Spring Boot**

 + Provide technical leadership across application architecture, development, and modernization initiatives
 + Remain approximately **30% hands-on** with development and technical problem-solving
