## About the Role

Do you have experience in Spring Boot?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Ideally 10+ years of experience in Java-based systems development (Java 11+; current stack Java 21). Good understanding of core java APIs.

 * Solid understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and high-performance systems
 * Experience with Spring, SpringBoot and building REST APIs
 * Exposure to WebSockets and performance testing (e.g., JMeter) is a plus
 * Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex)
 * Ability to use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, and problem-solving
 * Interest in or exposure to AI-driven / agentic workflows
 * Strong problem-solving skills, including breaking down work into AI-augmentable tasks
 * Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and experimentation
 * Comfortable adapting to evolving tools, practices, and technologies
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
