## About the Role

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in S/4HANA.

 * Strong functional knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
 * RTR (Financial Accounting, Controlling, Closing, Reporting)
 * OTC (Order Management, Billing, Credit Management)
 * STP / PTP (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory)

 * Proven experience leading Mock, SIT, and UAT cycles in large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades.
 * Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
 * For Test Manager role: Prior experience managing testing teams and overall test strategy.
 * For Environment/Data Lead: Strong background in test data management, environment configuration, and integration support.
 * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a strong plus (Navistar context).

Nice-to-Haves

 * Experience with test automation (Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca, SAP TAO, etc.).
 * Basis/Integration technical knowledge.
 * SC-level or managerial experience for senior lead roles.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end testing activities (Mock, SIT, and UAT) for assigned SAP S/4HANA modules.
 * Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business processes.
 * Coordinate with functional teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful test execution and defect resolution.
 * Manage test environments, data setup, and integration points (especially for Environment/Data Lead role).
 * Identify, log, track, and drive resolution of defects using tools such as Jira, SolMan, or HP ALM.
 * Provide daily/weekly testing status reports and risk assessments to project leadership.
 * Support cutover and go-live readiness from a testing perspective.
 * Mentor junior testers and collaborate with Basis/Integration teams for environment stability.
