Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using ML solutions
 * Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model training infrastructure
 * Conduct model evaluation, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed systems
 * Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
 * Monitor production ML models and ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability
 * Document technical processes, model architectures, and experiment results
