## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related experience.
 * Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
 * Experience developing applications using C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
 * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
 * Experience with source control systems such as Git.
 * Understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to Have / Optional

## Description

This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions that support our Smart Measurement platform. This individual will work closely with product owners, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other software developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality applications that support health outcomes measurement, survey scoring, benchmarking, analytics, reporting, and healthcare data integration solutions., The ideal candidate is a full-stack developer with experience in Microsoft technologies, relational databases, API development and integration, and modern software development practices. Experience supporting healthcare, clinical outcomes assessment, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), or health data platforms is highly desirable., * Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services using C#, .NET and SQL Server.

 * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing and deployment.
 * Develop and enhance RESTful APIs.
 * Implement new scoring algorithms, benchmarks, analytics, and reporting capabilities for healthcare outcome measurement solutions.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
 * Develop and execute unit tests and support quality assurance activities to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.
 * Assist in evaluating emerging technologies, development tools, and AI-assisted coding capabilities to improve team efficiency.
