* Strong commercial experience building production-grade applications in Python

Responsibilities include:

 * Building and scaling AI-powered applications and backend services using Python
 * Developing AI assistants, agent workflows, and orchestration frameworks using modern LLM technologies
 * Translating business requirements into reliable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions
 * Integrating enterprise data sources into AI products and services
 * Collaborating with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
 * Creating reusable components, tools, and frameworks to accelerate future AI development
 * Developing and maintaining automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI applications
 * Supporting containerised deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices
 * Monitoring solution performance and driving continuous improvement after deployment
 * Ensuring solutions align with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards
