## About the Role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, * 5+ years experience with Automation Software deployment (BMS or BAS or SCADA or DCS system experience)

 * Experience with on prem, cloud, and hybrid solutions with digital transformation initiatives
 * Proficiency in web-based configuration
 * Highly organized and detailed oriented

Technical Skills:

 * General understanding of industrial/building automation, software solutions, and system integration.
 * Very experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, Planner, and Teams
 * Experience with Operating Systems
 * Experience with computer, industrial networking, and IoT protocols such as OPC, BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, MQTT, and Web Services
 * Experience in SQL Server database design, queries, stored procedures etc.

Collaboration & Communication:

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
 * Ability to collaborate with local and remote team members

Other:

 * Strategic thinker with a focus on customer success.
 * Comfortable with customer facing activities, * Knowledge of industrial/building automation industries
 * Ability to read and understand building plans, controls drawings, sequence of operations, etc.
 * Artistic skills, UX design, and web design a plus
 * Programming ability using programing languages such as VBA, C#, Python, etc.
 * Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and components.
 * Project Management qualification - PRINCE2 or similar
 * Experience leveraging AI to optimize work output
 * Familiarity with MEIDS or similar platforms is a plus
