## About the Role

* Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
 * Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune
 * Networking, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and firewalls
 * Hyper-V and virtualisation
 * Backup and disaster recovery solutions
 * PowerShell

What they're looking for:

 * At least 3 years' experience in IT Support/2nd Line.
 * MSP experience would be a real advantage.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Confident managing escalations and communicating with customers.
 * Someone happy to get hands-on, support colleagues and attend customer sites when required.
