## Description

* Design, develop, maintain, and support complex business applications, integrations, and data solutions.
 * Lead technical workstreams, releases, and significant system enhancements.
 * Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, identify root causes, and manage service risks.
 * Develop and maintain APIs, database processes, automation, and reporting solutions.
 * Ensure secure development, application lifecycle management, monitoring, backup, and recovery practices.
 * Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge technical approaches where appropriate, and recommend effective solutions.
