## About the Role

A key requirement of this role is to deliver technical service in a dynamic ITIL environment as well as incorporating Agile change delivery. Your Role and Responsibilities;Demonstrable experience of Windows Server based infrastructure at an enterprise levelDemonstrable experience of RedHat Linux OS based infrastructure as well as general Linux support skillsExperienced in the management and maintenance of VMWare based virtualised estatesDeployment and support experience of Hyper Converged Infrastructure.Management and troubleshooting of storage technologies including NetApp & DellManagement and troubleshooting of Active Directory within an on premise environmentDevelopment of a customer desktop build with a number of bespoke/legacy applicationsPackaging and deployment of applicationsRequired Skills:Experience of Microsoft Exchange management & support from 2013 onwardsExperience of MS SQL Server and SQL Database ClusteringExperience of Veeam Backup technologyExperience of Ivanti
