## Description

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and optimisation.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading client workshops and advising on Oracle HCM leading practices.
Designing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions.
Delivering solution demonstrations and design playback sessions.
Translating business requirements into scalable and effective system designs.
Producing high-quality functional documentation and solution workbooks.
Building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
Mentoring colleagues and supporting the growth of our Oracle Cloud community.
Driving successful delivery across implementation and transformation programmes.
