## Description

I'm working with a growing cybersecurity consultancy that's built a strong reputation across Penetration Testing, SOC and Advisory services. As the team continues to expand, they're looking to hire a Lead Penetration Tester who can combine hands-on delivery with mentoring and leadership responsibilities.

You'll work closely with the Head of Penetration Testing, helping to shape and develop the service while remaining involved in a variety of technical engagements across a predominantly commercial client base.

What you'll be doing

 * Delivering on a variety of tests (Web, APIs, Infra, Cloud etc )
 * Mentoring and supporting junior consultants
 * Producing high-quality client reports
 * Supporting pre-sales activity and client discussions
 * Helping develop and grow the penetration testing practice
