## About the Role

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * 2+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar hands-on tech role

 * Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and Apple/iPad deployment
 * Strong working knowledge of email platforms (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365)
 * Proven ability to manage user accounts, access controls, and security best practices
 * Comfortable in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment - we move fast and expect you to keep up
 * Clear communicator who can explain tech to non-technical field staff without the jargon

Preferred / Bonus Skills

 * Go High Level (GHL) experience
 * JobNimbus CRM administration
 * Development or scripting skills (automation, APIs, integrations)
 * Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
 * Background in field services, construction, or trades industry
 * Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Mosyle

## Description

We're looking for a hands-on IT & Systems Administrator who can handle everything from locking down our internal security to getting a new hire fully set up and productive on their first day. You'll work closely with ownership and operations to manage our devices, accounts, CRM, and automation tools - and help us build a more efficient operation as we grow.

This is a real ownership role. You won't be sitting in a ticket queue. You'll be the person who builds and maintains the systems our team runs on.

Responsibilities

 * Set up and manage internal password security using a business password manager and enforce company-wide access policies
 * Administer company email accounts - provisioning, offboarding, alias management, and security settings
 * Configure and deploy iPads and mobile devices for field and office staff, including app installation and MDM enrollment
 * Onboard new employees with CRM access (JobNimbus), email accounts, device setup, and role-based permissions
 * Maintain and troubleshoot our JobNimbus CRM - workflows, user permissions, integrations, and data hygiene
 * Support automation and pipeline workflows in Go High Level (GHL) including CRM integrations, lead routing, and follow-up sequences
 * Oversee cloud storage, file-sharing permissions, and internal data security practices
 * Provide day-to-day IT support for staff - hardware, software, connectivity, and app access issues
 * Identify inefficiencies in our tech stack and propose improvements to help the business scale
