## About the Role

* Experience in an IT support, service desk or junior infrastructure role.
 * Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
 * Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
 * Experience using Microsoft Intune to manage Windows, iOS or Android devices.
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls and VPNs.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

## Description

Cloud & Infrastructure Support Engineer / Cloud / Azure / Infrastructure / London / Hybrid / Contract (Inside IR35), Vivo are working with a business that is looking to recruit a motivated Cloud & Infrastructure Support Engineer to support and maintain its hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

The role will involve supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server environments, helping to ensure business-critical systems remain secure, reliable and available. Working as part of a small Infrastructure Operations team, you will collaborate with senior engineers, internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues, maintain infrastructure and support ongoing projects and improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in IT support or infrastructure who is looking to develop their cloud and infrastructure skills.

Responsibilities

 * Cloud & Infrastructure Support: Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, backups, monitoring and Windows Server.
 * Microsoft 365 & Identity: Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, alongside Entra ID, user access and identity management.
 * Endpoint Management: Support Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, configuration, compliance policies and application deployment across Windows, iOS and Android devices.
 * Networking: Support network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, including virtual networks, firewalls, VPNs, switches, DNS and DHCP.
 * Security & Compliance: Support identity and endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, patching and updates, working with senior engineers and Information Security colleagues.
 * Incident & Change Management: Resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests, escalate issues where required and follow agreed change management processes.
