## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our small, lean team of ten engineers. We are seeking a candidate with a strong backend focus, startup experience (Pre-seed to Series B), and a passion for healthcare. This individual will be a core team member, taking on significant ownership to help scale our core services and build new Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows., * Python

 * PostgreSQL, * 5 - 10 years of experience in backend-leaning full-stack software engineering., * Experience at an early-stage startup (Pre-seed to Series B).

 * Experience or demonstrated interest in healthcare or HealthTech AI., Required:

## Description

* Build and ship complex backend services and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and Generative AI models.
 * Take ownership of zero-to-one projects, from prototyping MVPs to hardening them into scalable, secure, and reliable production systems.
 * Help scale our existing, widely adopted products as we launch to more organizations.
 * Improve backend architecture, observability, and code quality standards.
 * Collaborate within a flat engineering structure, working directly with other engineers and the CTO.
