They are looking for a Sr. Atlassian Administrator who is hands-on and can quickly take ownership of their JSM, Jira and Confluence environment, troubleshoot and stabilize the existing configuration, work alongside their implementation partner, and put sustainable administration practices in place. The three core platforms are JSM, Jira, and Confluence, with JSM being the #1 priority. Jira and Confluence are already being used and will continue to grow as WME's broader PM/project collaboration toolkit. This person will come in as the senior, hands-on Atlassian expert who can help stabilize and improve the environment, provide direction and best practices, and train the internal admins who are inheriting it. This is not a PM, Scrum Master, or high-level architecture role. They need someone who can make recommendations and then personally configure the solution.
