## About the Role

* High school diploma
 * Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software
 * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Google Workspace, and educational technology devices
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively
 * Valid driver's license, * Associate degree or technical certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
 * Experience working in a K-12 educational environment
 * Knowledge of networking, device management systems, and Chromebook management
 * Experience with PowerSchool, Google Admin Console, or help desk systems

## Description

The Technology Technician will:

 * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff, students, and administrators
 * Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers, printers, Chromebooks, interactive boards, and other technology equipment
 * Assist with setup, imaging, deployment, and inventory of student and staff devices
 * Support classroom and office technology systems
 * Respond to technology work orders and help desk requests in a timely manner
 * Assist with network-connected devices and basic network troubleshooting
 * Maintain technology inventory records and documentation
 * Support software installations, updates, and user account management
 * Assist with cybersecurity practices and device security protocols
 * Support district testing technology needs and other instructional technology initiatives
 * Travel between schools and departments as needed
 * Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology
