## Description

A 12-month contract opportunity for a Mainframe Engineer based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on mainframe operations, incident management, and cross-functional coordination to support production systems and resolve critical issues., * Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities

 * Coordinate with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional support teams for issue resolution
 * Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and bridge calls for critical production outages
 * Execute emergency fixes, production deployments, and validation activities
 * Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding incidents, resolutions, and system status
