The team develops and operates People Applications used across all DoorDash brands, including Wolt and Deliveroo., The DoorDash People Applications team is seeking an Engineering Manager with experience building and scaling applications across talent acquisition, compensation, and employee experience domains. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our People platform as we accelerate the adoption of AI and evolve our 1P products to drive greater efficiency, innovation, and employee experience. This is a highly collaborative role where you will help shape both the technical direction and product strategy, ensuring our solutions align with DoorDash's people team's goals while delivering reliable, high-impact experiences for employees across all brands.
