## About the Role

* Zero to three years of full-stack engineering experience, including relevant internship experience.
 * Experience building and shipping production web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
 * Proficiency with Python and JavaScript, and experience with React, Next.js, or Node.js.
 * Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee at an engineering-focused startup.
 * Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to explain technical decisions and thoughtfully challenge product direction.
 * Familiarity with language model applications and agent architectures.
 * Experience with human-in-the-loop learning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or creative and video products is a plus.
