## About the Role

* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ year of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organization
 * Deep expertise in core banking systems, payment processing, regulatory requirements, and financial services technology best practices.
 * Strong hands-on engineering foundation in Java, Spring, JMS, Webservices integration patterns leveraging JSON, Swagger, etc.
 * Expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies such Oracle, Cassandra, Cockroach, and big data platforms (Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)
 * Proficient with modern frameworks, microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices; experienced in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary SDLC.
 * Good understanding and hands on experience with cloud-based software deployments including AWS, Azure, and others.
 * Demonstrated success implementing enterprise ready systems and platforms and continuous improvement methodologies with measurable gains in team productivity and delivery quality.
 * Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives with distributed global teams.
 * Exceptional stakeholder management across time zones and cultures; adept at influencing senior executives, collaborating globally with peers, and inspiring high-performing teams.
 * Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; brings adaptability, structured problem-solving, and resilience., * Experience working at code level.
 * Experience in implementing enterprise Decision and analytics platforms.
