 * Instrument interfacing and driver development (VISA, SCPI, or equivalent)

## Description

A fast-growing defense technology company working on advanced photonics and optical systems is hiring its first Senior Test Software Architect. You'll join a newly formed Test & Qualification team before most of its test stations exist, so the architecture you define will be the standard for every program that follows., * Own the common test executive framework, instrument driver library, and sequence model, from board-level test through to field instrumentation

 * Define the test result schema and data contract
 * Own configuration management and release for test software that makes acceptance decisions on flight hardware, including tool qualification
 * Set technical standards and mentor test systems engineers, without line management
