## About the Role

* 10+ years of hands on DevOps/Cloud engineering experience
 * Strong hands-on experience with:
 + CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar)
 + Production experience with IaC
 + Docker and containerized workflows
 + At least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
 + SaaS/multi-tenant platforms
 + API integrations at scale
 + Scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
 + Integrating multiple third-party platforms and services
 + Strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills :

 * Hands on experience with:
 + Master's Computer Science preferred
 + API testing and integration patterns
 + Building and integrating APIs for platform connectivity and automation
 + Disaster recovery planning and testing
 + Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Cloud/DevOps Engineer - III for a contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in San Francisco, CA ., We're seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer for a contract position to build and maintain secure, resilient CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for our SaaS Identity Governance platform.

 * Design, implement, and maintain secure, resilient CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes
 * Write automation scripts and tools for deployment workflows
 * Integrate automated security and compliance scanning into CI/CD pipelines
 * Work closely with engineering and security teams on deployment automation
 * Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize automation work for upcoming releases
