## About the Role

* Willingness to work occasional off-shift hours during production emergencies.
 * Three or more years of hands-on IT systems administration experience.
 * Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and common networking protocols.
 * Experience supporting users in a plant or industrial environment.
 * Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems methodically.
 * Strong documentation and clear verbal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

 * Scripting skills in PowerShell or similar tools for automation.
 * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft associate credentials.
 * Exposure to OT network segmentation and industrial control system security.
 * Experience with ERP or MES platforms used in manufacturing.
 * Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V., Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available.

## Description

* Coordinate with vendors on equipment repair, licensing, and support tickets.
 * Maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment across plant and office sites.
 * Monitor system performance and resolve outages, slowdowns, and connectivity issues.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests in directory and business systems.
 * Apply security patches and antivirus updates and follow backup and recovery procedures.
 * Support manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and shop floor data collection tools.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for production and office staff.
