## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience in Senior Software Engineering.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
 * Design, develop, test, and implement large-scale web applications.
 * Work on both frontend GUI and backend application development.
 * Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
 * Design, develop, and maintain APIs and system interfaces.
 * Hands-on experience with REST, RPC, JSON, ProtoBuf, and XML.
 * Strong database design and query experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
 * Troubleshoot application performance, response time, capacity, and system issues.
 * Ensure application data quality, integrity, and consistency.
 * Collaborate with business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
 * Maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
 * Knowledge of integrating GenAI into software development workflows.
 * Preferred experience with RSpec, MiniTest, CircleCI, Jenkins, DevOps, and AWS.
 * Knowledge of GoLang, Java, C++, Rust, Erlang, or similar programming languages is preferred.
