Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), Our client is seeking a well-rounded Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure and Microsoft cloud environments. This individual will be responsible for administering and maintaining Windows server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, virtualization platforms, backup solutions, and core directory services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, VMware environments, and day-to-day systems administration activities.

This role offers an opportunity to work across both on-premises and cloud-based technologies while supporting a diverse user base and critical business systems.

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including server provisioning, operating system installation, patching, upgrades, and ongoing support.

Participate in server modernization efforts, including migrations and upgrades from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2019/2022.

Manage Active Directory environments, including user and group administration, Group Policy management, and directory services support.

Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration services.

Create and manage distribution groups, shared mailboxes, mailbox permissions, and Microsoft 365 administration tasks.

Administer Azure services, including Azure File Services and other core cloud infrastructure components.

Manage VMware infrastructure, including VMware clusters, virtual machines, and vSAN environments.

Perform routine systems administration functions such as server builds, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Support enterprise backup and recovery operations.

Assist with storage administration and infrastructure maintenance.

Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure system availability, security, and operational efficiency.
