 * Strong experience in mainframe production support.
 * Hands-on experience with batch job monitoring and troubleshooting.
 * Experience performing database record checks.
 * Working knowledge of IBM 3270 terminal operations.
 * Experience with terminal checks and batch job execution.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote support environment

## Description

* Monitor and support mainframe batch jobs to ensure successful execution.
 * Perform regular batch monitoring, job status checks, and troubleshooting.
 * Conduct database record checks and validate data accuracy.
 * Perform terminal checks and operational support using IBM 3270 terminals.
 * Monitor daily mainframe production activities and identify job failures.
 * Troubleshoot batch processing issues and escalate critical incidents when necessary.
 * Support production operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
 * Maintain operational documentation and provide regular status updates.
