 * Must have implemented Gen AI solutions in production, not just POCs.
 * Traditional enterprise solution architect profile. a the profile should be specifically for Gen AI Architect and not simply Solution/ Application or Enterprise Architect.
 * GenAI explanations were surface-level and framework-driven. a the explanation from the candidate on GenAI should be advanced level showing deep expertise.
 * Build GenAI POCs a Candidate should be able to showcase their experience around build of GenAI POCs.
 * Reason through agentic systems a Candidate should have very good/ solid command on Agentic AI systems.
 * Own Python-level execution a Candidate should be technically very sound with Python knowledge with hands on experience.
 * Weak differentiation in GenAI thinking. a Candidate should be able to explain, articulate and differentiate various workings/ aspects for GenAI thinking.
